DIRECTIONS

Position : Supine
Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend, rest the arms by the side and place a towel roll under the arm.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, elevate the arm overhead by the side. Breathe in, move the arm back to starting positon. Repeat.
