DIRECTIONS

Position : Supine
Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend, arm by the side holding a dumbbell.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, elevate the arm overhead. Breathe in, lower the arm back to starting position. Repeat.
