Exercise - Supine Shoulder Horizontal Abduction with Dumbbell




Do not round/shrug the shoulder or arch the back or bend the elbow.


Position : Supine
Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend, arms by the side holding the dumbbell in the affected hand, place a pillow/towel roll under the elbow.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, elevate the affected arm to 90 degree facing the ceiling, lower the arm towwards the floor by the side. Breathe in, elevate the towards the ceiling. Repeat.
