Exercise - Theraband Palm Up




Do not move the elbow or rotate the shoulder.

Position : Sit
Sit, bend the elbow such that the forearm is resting on the thigh with thumb facing towards the ceiling, hold either ends of the theraband with each hand.


Form & Movement
Maintain blades set and core set. Breathe out, rotate the forearm such that palm facing towards the ceiling. Breathe in, rotate back to starting position. Repeat.
