Do not curl the toes or move the ankle

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair with feet on the floor and toes pointing forward.


Form & Movement
Maintain core set. Breathe out, lift all the toes off the floor without lifting the heel. Breathe in, lower the toes towards the floor. Repeat.
