Exercise - Towel Curl With Toes




Do not grip the towel between two toes or lift the foot off the floor.


Position : Sit
Stand with one foot on the towel and arms by the side.


Form & Movement
Maintain core set. Breath out, curl the toes such as trying to grip the towel between the tip and the base of the toes. Breathe in, release the toe curl. Repeat.
