Exercise - Ulnar Deviation in Gravity Eliminated




Do not bend/straight the wrist or move the forearm.

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair, place the forearm on the arm rest such that hand is off the arm rest and thumb pointing towards you making a fist.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the hand away from you without moving the forearm. Breathe in, move the hand back to starting position. Repeat.
