Exercise - VMO with Weight




Do not move the trunk and maintain the press throughout the motion.


Position : Sit
Sit on the table with feet on the floor, place a towel roll/pillow between the knees, tie a weight cuff to the leg just above the ankle.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, press the towel roll between the knees and straighten the knee. Breathe in, maintain the press ad bend the knee to starting position. Repeat.
