Exercise - Wrist Extension in Gravity Eliminated




Do not move the elbow or forearm or twist the hand

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair, rest the forearm on the arm rest of the chair such that hand is off the arm rest and thumb pointing towards the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the hand away from you. Breathe in, move the hand back to starting position. Repeat
