Exercise - Wrist Flexion in Gravity Eliminated




Do not move the elbow or forearm or twist the hand

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair, rest the forearm on the arm rest such that hand is off the arm rest and thumb pointing towards the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the hand towards you such that fingers pointing towards you. Breathe in, move the hand back to starting position. Repeat.
