Exercise - Elbow Extension




Do not move the upper arm or release the chin tuck.

Position : Stand
Stand, elevate the arm overhead such that the arm is close to the ear, bend the elbow.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, straighten the elbow without moving the upper arm. Breathe in, bend the elbow to starting position. Repeat.
