How do I place an order?

You can browse our products by brand, body parts, or your injury, etc. Please see the menu bar at the top of the page (or the side if you are viewing from a mobile or a tablet). Once you decide on your product, just specify color and sizing details and add the item to the cart.

How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

When your order is confirmed; we will put through a detailed e-mail with all the details of your product and your order number.

If I want my order immediately?

Yes, can select the “Express” option while selecting the shipping method at checkout. Please note “Express” cost is Rs.100.

How do I track my order?

All our orders are shipped by Professional couriers or Indian Post. Once you receive your order number from our end, you can simply go ahead and track your order by inserting your Shippment No, depending upon which courier your shipment has been shipped from.

What is your Return Policy?

Following are the conditions to return the item:

  • Return/Size Exchange should be initiated within 24 hours of order delivery.
  • The tags on the product should be intact.
  • The product should be unused and in its original condition.
