Exercise - Hamstring Stretch on Gym Ball




Do not bend the straighten knee or round the back.

Position : Sit
Sit on the gym ball with feet on the floor, starighten one leg forward with feet facing the ceiling, place both hands on the straighten knee.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, bend forward through the hips as if trying to touch the stomach to the thigh. Feel for the stretch in the back of the straighten leg. Hold. Breathe in, straighten the back to starting position.
