DIRECTIONS

Position : Supine
Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend, arm by the side holding dumbbell with thumb pointing the ceiling.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, elevate the arm overhead such that thumb facing the floor. Breathe in, lower the arm back to starting position. Repeat.
