Do not let the feet fall in any direction or arch the back.

DIRECTIONS

Position : Prone
Lie on the stomach legs straight forward, tie one end of the theraband on the leg above the ankle and other end to the stable surface near the foot end.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, bend the knee as much as possible. Breathe in, straighten the bend knee. Repeat.
