Exercise - Shoulder Pendulum Clockwise using Dumbbell




Do not arch/round the back or release chin tuck or shrug shoulders.

Position : Stand
Stand facing a chair with one leg forward, hold a dumbbell in one hand and lean slightly on the chair.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, hang the arm holding the dumbbell towards the floor and move it in the clockwise direction making a circle. Breathe in, back to starting position. Repeat.
