Exercise - Side-Lunge Stretch




Do not cross the bend knee over the toes or lift the heel off the floor or arch the back.

Position : Stand
Stand with feet 10-12 inches apart and arms by the side.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, bend one knee sideways such that knee is pointing out and keep the other knee straight with both feet pointing forward. Feel for the stretch in the inner aspect of the thigh of the straighten leg. Hold. Breathe in, straighten the bend knee to starting position.
