Exercise - Sitting Theraband Eversion




Do not move the foot up and down or move the legs.

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair with feet on the floor, tie one end of the theraband to the foot and the other end to the stable surface on the opposite side of the foot.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck and core set. Breathe out, move the foot away from the body by pulling on the theraband. Breathe in, release the pull and move the foot towards the body. Repeat.
