Exercise - Straight Leg Raise with Theraband




Do not arch the back or bend the knee or rotate the hip.

Position : Supine
Lie on the back with legs straight forward, toes pointing towards the ceiling, loop a theraband around the legs just above the ankle.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, keeping the knee straight, elevate the leg towards the ceiling against the resistance of the theraband. Breathe in, lower the leg to starting position. Repeat
