Exercise - Supine Punch Plus with Dumbbell




Do not arch the back or shrug the shoulders.

Position : Supine
Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend, hold the dumbbell in one hand and elevate the arm to 90 degrees towards the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, punch towards the ceiling rounding the shoulder. Breathe in, un-round the shoulder to starting position. Repeat.
