DIRECTIONS

Position : Long Sitting
Sit with legs straight forward, place a pillow/towel roll under the knee, toes pointing towards the ceiling, move the foot towards the body, tie one end of the theraband to the foot and pass it through the other foot, hold the other end with the hand.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, core set and blades set. Breathe out, move the ankle away from the body against the resistance of theraband. Breathe in, move the foot back to starting positon. Repeat.
