Exercise - Wall Squat with Gym Ball and Theraband




Do not arch the back or knees crossing the toes.

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart against the wall, place a gym ball between the back and wall, rest the back on the gym ball, arms crossed over chest, loop the theraband around the thighs just above the knees.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, bend the knees, move the knees away from each other against the resistance of the theraband and lower down towards the floor such as sitting on a chair, back in contact with the gym ball. Breathe in, squeeze the buttocks and stand up to starting position. Repeat.
