Products are shipped within a maximum of 1 – 3 working days from the date of order placed. Vissco will dispatch the product on all days except Sunday and Public Holidays.
However if there is any delay in shipping due to natural calamities, We will give prior information to the customer to the registered mail id or phone number.
Vissco is not liable of any delay in delivery by the Courier Company or postal authorities.
Products will be delivered as per the address mentioned at the time of registration and providing mobile number helps in fast delivery. However we are not liable of any wrong address mentioned at the time of registration.
Tracking: You will receive an email with courier name and the tracking number to the registered mail address once the product got shipped.
International Shipment: Currently we are not dealing with International orders. But you can place order from any part of world and same would be delivered to your dear ones in India.
Vissco believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy – Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the warehouse/vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. Vissco does not accept cancellation requests for items which have been used by the customer.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Express Shipping method.
Replacement will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of receiving an order and or it will be replaced on receipt of the product at our end and after thorough inspection of the product.
However, replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
If there is an error on our part and it cannot be rectified in time, we will refund 100% of cost of product on return.
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping Costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Until and unless we agree to refund the shipping cost as well.
