Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms crossed over the chest.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe out, bend forward through the hips.
Hold the position.
Breathe in, squeeze the buttocks and straighten to the starting position.
Repeat.

Stand with feet hip width apart, toes pointing forward, loop the theraband above the ankles and arms by the side.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe out, lift one foot off the floor keeping the knee straight and place it diagonally forward at 45 degree angle pulling the band.
Breathe in, back to starting position.
Repeat.

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe out, walk forward by placing the foot diagonally out at 45 degrees.
Breathe in, bring the other foot close to the front foot.
Repeat in an opposite direction.

Stand with feet hip-width apart, loop the theraband above the ankles and arms by the side.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe out, elevate the arms to 90 degree forward, perform a squat to 90 degrees, walk sideways in one direction maintaining the squat such that feet are pointing forward.
Switch direction of the walk and repeat.
