Recommended Exercise - Backward Braid
Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart and toes pointing forward.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, walk sideways such that one leg crosses the other leg from behind. Breathe in, move the other leg to the starting position. Repeat.Exercise Video
Recommended Exercise - Abdominal Stretch
Position : Prone
On 4s such that hands under the shoulders and knees under the hips.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, squeeze the buttocks and lower the hips towards the floor opening up the chest. Feel for the stretch in the front of trunk. Breathe out, lift the buttocks off the floor to back to starting position.Exercise Video
Recommended Exercise - Mini Squat holding a Chair
Position : Stand
Stand facing the chair, rest the hand on the chair for support/balance if required.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, bend both the knees and lower towards the floor by 30 degrees as if sitting back on the chair (squat). Breathe out, squeeze the buttocks and push up to starting position. Repeat.Exercise Video
