Exercise - Advance Floor Push-Up




Do not round/arch the back.

Position : Prone
Kneel sitting, breathe in and attain the push-up position such that feet, knees, hips, trunk and shoulders in one line.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, push the floor with the hands rounding the shoulders. Breathe in, release the push. Repeat.
