Exercise - Arm Elevation By Side Using Cane




Do not arch the back or shrug/round the shoulders or bend the elbow.

Position : Supine
Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend, arms by the side holding either ends of the cane and palm facing towards the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, elevate the arm overhead by the side using the assistance of the other arm and the cane. Breathe out, lower the arm back to starting position. Repeat.
