Exercise - Arm In-Side Push




Do not shrug/round or rotate the shoulder or move the trunk.

Position : Stand
Stand, elevate the arm forward to 90 degrees, move the arm towards the other shoulder, place another hand on the forearm just above the wrist.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, further move the arm towards the other shoulder against the resistance another arm. Hold. Breathe in, release the resistance. Repeat.
