Exercise - Back V step with Theraband




Do not bend/lock the knee or arch the back or rotate the hip.

Position : Supine
Stand with feet hip-width apart, loop Theraband above the ankles and arms by the side.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lift one foot off and place it diagonally backward at 45 degrees angle pulling the band. Breathe in, lift back to starting position.
