Exercise - Backward V Step




Do not bend/lock the knee or arch the back or rotate the hip.

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, toes pointing forward and arms by the side.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lift one foot off the floor and place it diagonally backward at 45-degrees angle. Breathe in, move the leg back to starting position. Repeat.
