Exercise - Ceiling Reach




Do not release the chin tuck or round the shoulders.

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, clasp both hands and elevate overhead such as palms facing the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, reach upwards towards the ceiling as if shrugging the shoulders. Hold. Breathe out, lower the shrug to starting position.
