Exercise - Dumbbell Arm Elevation


Correct form


Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms by the side holding dumbbells.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, elevate the arms overhead to 90 degrees at an angle of 30 degrees from trunk such that thumbs pointing towards the floor. Breathe in, lower the arm back to starting position. Repeat.
