Exercise - Dumbbell Arm-Up Press




Do not arch/round the back or round/lock the knees.

Position : Stand
Stand, bend the elbows completely holding dumbbells in each hand such that palm facing towards you.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, elevate the arms overhead by straightening the elbows and rotating the arms such that the palms faces forward. Breathe in, lower the arm by bending the elbows to starting position. Repeat.
