Exercise - Dumbbell Forward Arm Elevation




Do not shrug/round the shouldersor bend the elbows or move the trunk.

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms by the side holding dumbbells with thumbs pointing each other.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, elevate the arms forward to 90 degrees with palm facing the floor. Breathe in, lower the arms to starting position. Repeat.
