Exercise - Finger Spread Stretch


Correct form


Position : Stand
Stand, elevate the arm forward with palm facing forwards, spread the fingers away from each other, place two fingers of other hand between the fingers.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, using the other hand further spread the fingers. Feel for the stretch between the fingers. Hold. Breathe in, release the stretch.
