Exercise - Front Hand And Wrist Stretch




Do not bend the elbow or twist the wrist.

Position : Sit
Stand, elevate the arm forward to 90 degrees with palm facing towards the floor, move the hand towards the ceiling, place another hand on the palm of the elevate hand.


Form & Movement
Breathe out, using the other hand further move the hand towards the ceiling. Feel for the stretch under the forearm. Hold. Release the pull.
