Exercise - Higher Angle Hand Lowering Isometric

DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, elevate the arm forward to 90 degrees, place another hand under the forearm just above the wrist.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lower the hand against the resistance of another hand. Hold. Breathe in, release the resistance. Repeat.
