Exercise - Knee Lateral Bend




Do not lean forward or backward.


Position : Kneel
Kneeling posiiton with arms by the side.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, straighten one leg to the side, rest the hand on the other side of the straighten leg such that hand under the shoulder. Breathe in, elevate the other arm overhead and feel for the stretch on the side of the trunk of the straighten leg. Hold. Back to starting position.
