Exercise - Low Angle Hand Lowering Isometric


Correct form


Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, arm elevated forward to 20 degrees with thumb pointing forward, place another hand on the forearm just above the wrist.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lower the hand against the resistance of the other hand. hold. Breathe in, release the resistance. Repeat.
