DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, place a towel roll between the upper arm and trunk, hold the hand behind the back using the other hand.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, using the other hand pull the arm away from the body and in the direction of that other hand. Feel for the stretch in the front of the shoulder. Hold. Release the pull.
