Exercise - Lying Arm Inside Fall With Dumbbell




Do not arch the back, shrug/round the shoulders or bend the elbow or lift the shoulder off the floor.

Position : Supine
Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend, elevate the arm to 90 degrees towards the ceiling holding a dumbbell.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, keeping the elbow straight, move the arm towards you. Breathe in, move the arm back to starting position. Repeat.
