Exercise - Lying Arm Out Side Fall Using Dumbbell




Do not arch the back, shrug/round the shoulders or bend the elbow.

Position : Supine
Lie on the back with feet on the floor, elevate the arm to 90 degrees towards the ceiling holding the dumbbell.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, lower the arm by the side towards the floor. Breathe out, elevate the arm by the side back to starting position. Repeat.
