Exercise - Lying Modified Knee Out




Do not arch the back or rotate the hip or move the knee angle.

Position : Supine
Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend, elevate one foot off the floor such that hip-knee at 90-90 degrees.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the knee out towards the floor. Breathe in, move the knee towards the center. Repeat.
