Exercise - Lying Theraband Out Rotation




Do not arch the back, shrug/round the shoulders or move the elbows away from the trunk or straighten the elbows.

Position : Supine
Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend, arms the side, elbows bend to 90 degrees such that fist facing the ceiling holding either ends of the theraband.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, stretch the theraband by rotating both arms away from the body, maintaining the elbow close to the trunk. Breathe in, release the pull and move the arms towards the starting position. Repeat.
