Exercise - Neck Backward Stretch




Do not release chin tuck or bend your neck sideways.

Position : Stand
Stand and arms by the side.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, maintaining the chin tuck, look towards the ceiling. Feel for the stretch in front of the neck. Hold. Breathe in, move the head back to starting position.
