Exercise - Palm Down Stretch




Do not move your shoulder.


Position : Stand
Stand, elevate the hand forward to 45 degrees, elbow straight, rotate the forearm such that thumb pointing towards you.


Form & Movement
Maintain blade set. Hold the forearm with other hand above the wrist and rotate the forearm in the direction of the thumb. Feel for the stretch in the forearm. Hold. Release the pull.
