Exercise - Pendulum




Do not arch/round the lower back or bend the knee.

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms elevated overhead.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeeze the buttocks and keeping the knee straight, kick backwards while bending the trunk forward from the low back. Breathe in, straighten up, back to starting position. Repeat.
