DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms by the side holding either ends of the resistance tube with palm facing towards the body and the center of the tube under the feet.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, bending the elbows outward, pull the tube towards the chest with palm facing towards the body. Breathe in, lower the arm to starting position. Repeat.
