Exercise - Resistance Tube Arms Side-Raise




Do not arch the back, shrug shoulders or bend the elbows.

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip width apart, arms by the side holding either ends of the resistance tube and the centre of the tube under the feet.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, elevate the arms to 90 degrees by the side such that palm facing towards the ceiling. Breathe in, lower the arm to starting position. Repeat.
