Exercise - Resistance Tube Squat


Correct form


Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms by the side holding either ends of the resistance tube and the center of the tube under the feet.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, bend the knees and lower towards the floor as if sitting on the chair to 90 degrees. Breathe out, squeeze the buttocks and push up to starting position pulling the band. Repeat.
